The levels (CEFR)
We use the European scale (CEFR):
- Basic: A1–A2. You get by with simple sentences.
- Intermediate: B1–B2. You can talk about everyday life.
- Advanced: C1–C2. You speak easily, about almost anything.
Intermediate shows up in two groups, I also speak and I want to learn, and you decide which side you're on: whether you can already help someone, or you're still learning.
