Who we are
Next Stop: Villaggio is a game in development, run by BH Servers LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect on this site and on the waitlist, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- On the waitlist: your name, your e-mail address and the language of the page where you signed up.
- To protect the form from abuse: the IP address and the approximate country of the request, and a check by Cloudflare Turnstile that you're not a robot.
- Cookies: we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site keeps a small cookie with the language you picked and, only for people invited to the beta, the access pass to the game.
What we use it for
- To confirm your e-mail and to send you news about the game and, if a spot opens up, an invite to the beta.
- To keep the waitlist free of robots and abuse.
We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give when you sign up and confirm through the link in the e-mail. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the site and runs the robot check.
- SMTP2GO, which sends our e-mails.
They only process the data to provide these services. Some of this processing may happen outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
While you're on the list. When you leave, your record is deleted right away.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. Every e-mail we send has a link to leave the list, which deletes your data at once.
Age
The game is for adults 18+. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if we find out, we delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes too.
